Designed and built by Two red rubber things/Ray Lonsdale, the sculpture captures tow daraymen, one on the reins atop the cart and the other one feeding one of the dray horses. The cart is laden with Vaux beer barrels, bottles and ctates, as well as workday items such as a bucket and shovel for muck. Keel Square is the site of the former Vaux Brewery, and is part of major redevelopment in that part of Sunderland.
