Kubix Alternative & Rock Music Festival
 

A packed day of rock, indie, punk, mod, alternative, and much more, headed to Herrington Park, Sunderland for a fourth year. With a host of brilliant bands and legendary artists, across the huge Main Outdoor Stage and Big Top Stage, this will be one of THE festivals of the Summer in the North East. The weather was terrible, but it certainly didn't dampen my spirits. Intermittant rain rules the day. Combine this with 3,000 or so visitors and it results in one hell of a muddy venue. However, it all added to the festival atmosphere and it was a day to remember, in more ways than one. Armed with a VIP wristband and a MEDIA PASS (for photography), I was in my element. The Kubix Alternative & Rock Festival was on Saturday 22nd July, 2023 between 12.00 noon and 11.00 pm (gates open 10.30 am) at:

Tyne & Wear, England

 

What was there ?

Two big stages of fantastic live music, plus lots of licensed bars, with a great choice, loads of food stalls with cuisine from across the globe and stalls, attractions and rides, there was something for everyone.
